Director of Operations – South Wales Branches
Acorn is one of the leading recruitment specialists in the UK and we are looking for a Director of Operations to head up our branch network in South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to grow & develop the South Wales branch network; which is where Acorn began nearly 30 years ago!
As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:
The sales activity and growth of the branch network.
The profitability and gross margin of the branch network, ensuring current business levels are maintained and growth opportunities are maximised.
Leading, managing & developing managers & recruiters across the branch network.
Developing client relationships at a senior level.
Ensuring that clients are receiving a value–added service and that Acorn is the go–to agency.
Ensuring that all recruitment activity is undertaken within procedural, contractual and legislative frameworks.
Embracing and promoting Acorn's company values.We are looking to hear from highly motivated and driven senior recruitment managers, who have a proven track record in the industry, and who are looking for an exciting new challenge.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
