Our Public Sector client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to support the improvement journey for services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Bristol's Education, Health and Care Plan template and associated processes have been reviewed and redesigned to create a person–centred, meaningful approach and framework which determines and supports the specific needs and provision required for a child or young person, at the right time for successful educational outcomes to be achieved. Delivery and implementation of the project will include:
* Improve the 'voice of the child or young person' during their experience with our services ???
* Implement a new Family Portal??? on the case management system
* Implement a new Professional Portal??? on the case management system
* Improve quality of annual reviews??? of EHCPs
* Implement a new improved EHCP template???
As the project in now gathering pace to needs a Project Manager to keep work packages on track and stakeholders engaged. This also includes managing risk, issues and dependencies. You will run progress meetings and ensure delivery on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading similar projects in a local authority environment and also ideally have knowledge or experience in SEND.
This role is due to start ASAP on a 6 months initial contract and will involve hybrid working.
Day rate GBP350 per day Umbrella.
