Head of Supply Chain

The Head of Supply chain will ultimately be responsible for driving excellence through he business Supply chain, delivering best practice and driving cost reductions. The Head of Supply Chain will maintain, deliver and improve a robust S&OP process whilst also support business growth.

Description

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

Define the business supply chain strategy, ensuring the actions and capabilities of the Supply Chain Team align with relevant business activities.
Delivering excellent customer service whilst minimising costs
Leads the supply chain management team acting as line manager, mentor, and role model
Drive value added activities through effective Supply Chain Management and process design
Optimise ERP/MRP system and associated processes
Devise and deliver strategies to reduce, actively manage and optimise costs
Drive Continuous improvement to the supply chain, people & business processes, and systemsProfile

The successful candidate will possess;

Demonstrable track record in a senior supply chain role
Demonstrable track record of managing an end–to–end multiple country supply chain
Demonstrable track record of S&OP Leadership
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead and develop teams
Background in FMCG
