My high–end manufacturing company client are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. On offer is a basic salary of GBP30,000 – 35,000 per annum, with additional commission opportunities of GBP10,000 – 15,000. You will have the opportunity to grow and manage clients similar to existing relationships, such as BBC, Volvo and Dyson.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Identifying new lead opportunities across the UK.
* Making initial contact with potential customers via various different channels.
* Arranging virtual and face–to–face meetings with senior board members and Directors.
* Understanding your client's needs to plan and executive their request.
* Working with the Project and Design team to deliver to the highest standard.
* Finalising pitches and deals with clients to seal relationships.
Skills required for the role include:
* Experience generating new business across telephone, email and social media channels.
* Knowledge of managing the full sales process – from telesales, meetings, designs and closing.
* A self–starter that is highly confident and able to build strong lasting relationships.
Benefits to the role include:
* Basic Salary of GBP30,000 – 40,000.
* Realistic OTE GBP40,000 – 55,000.
* On–site parking at the office.
* Growth opportunities into Management or Directorship.
