Business Change Manager –SC Clearance
A Business Change Manager is required to work on a six month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Wiltshire.
Overview of the Business Change contract role
A Business Change Manager is required to work on major IT Defence programme and focus on the below.
Set content of change
Embed new practices
Lead teams through transition cycle
Assure training In place versus assessment
Administrate training delivery
Impact assessments
Working with PM to shape overall project plan
Lead creation of business readiness criteriaThe role is based in Wiltshire – commutable from Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cirencester, Swindon, Devizes, Trowbridge, Bath, Taunton, Bridgwater, Weston–Super–Mare, Newport and Cardiff
