Client Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Client Services team as a Client Director on a 12–month maternity contract.

As a strategic point of contact for senior clients, you will be solution–oriented and someone who thrives on developing strong relationships. You're expected to have a point of view on business strategy, actively participate in reviews of project/campaign deliverables in the pursuit of great creative work and campaign results, whilst driving growth.

You will be skilled at understanding and managing client needs and expectations, as well as providing strategic leadership, knowing how to empower teams to get the best out of their skill sets.

Key responsibilities:

• Build deep, trusting relationships, cross–functionally with clients to become a trusted adviser, offering added value, both advising and influencing strategy. Be able to give an opinion on what we should and should not be doing and challenging when required
• Acting as the client partner, you'll immerse yourself into each client's brand and partner with them to identify long term goals and key objectives
• Create and own the plans to deliver marketing programmes across multiple channels and oversee successful delivery
• Lead the team on a day–to–day basis to support troubleshooting and ensure that deadlines are being met, and projects and campaigns are delivered on time with high–quality execution
• Effectively build budgets and negotiate with clients
• Consistently manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest–quality service and soliciting and acting on client feedback efficiently and professionally
• Drive revenue across your client portfolio and support business growth initiatives
• Line manage and mentor your team members to grow their confidence, maintain their morale and increase their accountability to make them highly effective and engaged client service specialists
