Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – Hertfordshire – Permanent GBP40,000pa + benefits
My client have an opening for an ERP Oracle Fusion Business Analyst on a permanent basis in their ERP team based in Hertfordshire.
As an ERP Oracle Fusion Business Analyst will provide a hands–on delivery role within the ERP Service Delivery team, translating business objectives and critical to quality requirements into solution designs.
The Oracle Fusion Business Analyst will support the mapping of system roadmaps and quarterly updates to business objectives and key requirements. They will support the ERP Functional Lead and the Senior Business Analyst in describing the solution through architecture and design artifacts, providing options and recommendations and guiding the delivery of solutions in line with ERP design principles.
Main Responsibilities:
Working with Oracle ERP Product Managers and Business Process Owners to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Supporting the ERP Functional Lead and Senior Business Analyst in validating designs including alignment with all relevant Design Authorities.
Ability to understand and clearly explain, Oracle Cloud ERP modules/configurations.
Ability to understand and clearly explain best practice solutions.
Liaising with stakeholders; including internal and external parties.
Skills and Experience::
Experience of designing lean solutions (knowledge/qualification in Lean Six Sigma is desirable).
Knowledge of Business Analysis tools and methodologies (Business Analysis qualifications desirable).
Experience of hands–on design and delivery of the solution architecture for an Oracle ERP SaaS implementation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience of working with stakeholders, and technical teams across the organisation.
Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels; both internally and externally
Experienced in ERP solutions including knowledge of Business, Data, Information, Integration, Application and Technology Layers
