We have a permanent Head of Reward opportunity available. Our client has multiple offices throughout the UK, they are well established and have exciting growth plans scheduled over the next 12 months, a brand–new opportunity has arisen within their South Wales office to welcome a Head of Reward and Systems to their progressive and stable HR function. Our client has a desire to recruit a strong leader who can work at strategic and operational level, a specialist who is able to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the business. This role is extremely important to our client, who is flexible in terms of salary offering, this organisation wishes to recruit an expert within Reward and Systems who will take full ownership of the function.
In this role you will:
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies.
Review and evolve reward strategies to meet the changing needs of this growing business.
Have responsibility for delivering all cyclical and ad hoc reward projects, including the annual remuneration reviews.
Educate the wider organisation on reward principals, governance, policy and processes.
Provide analysis on compensation, bonus, recognition awards.
Provide insights through regular benchmarking against comparable organisations.
Be responsible for developing a robust structure for all reward processes.
Be accountable for the effective communication of all rewards to employees.
Manage the current benefits providers, system etc
Manage the HRIS system
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong project management skills, have excellent analytical and organisational ability as well as being highly talented in the analysis of data and reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate via previous roles an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects that may have had competing priorities.
