Childcare Lawyer
LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in North West London who are seeking a Childcare Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to undertake the following duties:
Previous local government experience would be advantageous.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than 4 weeks' notice.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to undertake the following duties:
- Provide legal advice and support on all matter's relating to social care, adoption, education.
- Carry a caseload of circa 10-12 cases in proceedings and some PLO.
- Issue and defend proceedings on behalf of the council.
- Provide a high quality and customer focused service.
- Conduct advocacy on behalf of the council.
