Reporting to the Group CFO, the UK CFO will be expected to work very closely with regional Chief Operating Officers (COOs) to guide and drive the performance of the UK business. The UK CFO will become a prominent member of the regional Board whilst leading a large, multi faceted finance community through an exciting period of transformation and change.

UK CFO Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and development of 70+ finance community
  • Driving the performance of a £300m+ regional business with a focus on business partnering, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis, working capital management, profitability and pricing
  • Merger and acquisitions
  • Extensive Board and Group leadership interactions
  • Transforming current operating operating models and processes
  • Deputise for Group CFO asrequired
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Experienced leader with the ability to drive the performance of a sizeable anddiverse business
  • Demonstrable experience of having operated at a senior level within matrix structured, international organisations
  • Previous professional services experience is advantageous - management consulting, advisory, law, financial services
  • Highly proficient in leading and delivering business and organisational change
  • Emotionally intelligent with significant people skills including the ability to structure, restructure, develop and manage heterogeneous teams
  • Commercially shrewd with an appetite for engagement and business partnering
  • Persuasive manner with outstanding communication and influencing skills
  • Disciplined approach with the propensity to manage multiple priorities within tight timescales
