Head of Operations
Floodlighting and Electrical Services Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations position, on a permanent basis, based in the West/South Midlands.
Our head office is based in Cardiff and due to our ambitious development plans, we are looking to branch out and replicate our set up in England.
As Head of Operations, you will begin by engaging with our Strategic Partners, building your relationship with them and starting on the projects already in the pipeline. You will then begin to develop your own relationships to bring in new business to the company.
This role will be very rewarding for someone who is motivated, has the hunger to make a difference and is looking for career progression within the business.
You must have experience in Floodlighting previously, this is a non–negotiable requirement due to the nature of the work. You will also need to have the qualifications and background as a qualified electrician.

The role
Your role will be to manage, develop and grow the new Midlands 'region', bringing in new business by utilising your experience from the start to completion of the lighting project.
You will have the responsibility of recruiting your own team of Floodlighting Technicians to support you within these areas.
Your current location isn't an issue as you can work from home when not visiting clients initially however we are looking at various options for a Midlands headquarters in such locations as Hinckley, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster, so you will need to be able to get to either or all of these places, when secured.
Main duties
• Site surveys / assessment and customer meetings
• Designs, plans and quotations
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships
• Creating opportunities to bring in new business
• Recruiting and developing your own team
To be successful, you will
• Have a background in Floodlighting (experience is a must) with various stages of work experience
• Be a qualified electrician (experience is a must)
• Be able to design, quote and pitch to clients for projects
• Have the knowledge and understanding of budgets, P&L and finance reporting
• Be a motivated and driven person who wants to make a difference and contribute to growth of the business
• Driving licence – maximum of 6 points

• Tennis Wales Club venues
