Top Job Recruitment are looking for a PA for a company based in Colchester.
Our client owns two logistics companies and is currently seeking a PA to help with his day to day running of business. You must be willing to travel overseas for this role throughout Europe, Dubai, USA and even Australia! Travel will be a couple of days every month to assist with meetings abroad. You will ideally be multilingual to help with the language barries over seas.
As a PA you will be required to free the executive's time from organising and administrative tasks so that they can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.
PA Job Role
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organising events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Collating and filing expenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support their CEO
Experience Required
Excellent organisation and time management
Previous experience in Logistics preferable
Experienced PA to CEO
Multilingual speaking at least one other language
Happy to travel (all expenses paid for)
Salary: GBP40–45k per annum
Working Hours: Monday– Friday 9am–6pm
