Hales Group are currently looking for an experienced PA to support our client based in Lowestoft.
The ideal candidate seeds to be competent in Office 365 with particular expertise in calendar and email management. They also need to have outstanding administrative skills. This role is varied and a typical day can be working on administrative tasks, diary management, organising meetings with all staff levels, organising and prioritising emails and minuting meetings.
Experience Requirements;
Proven PA experience
Advanced in Office 365 inc. Outlook, Word and Excel
Collating meeting papers and distributing promptly
Minute taking
Calendar and email management
About the job;
Ideally we are looking for Full time Monday to Friday, but can offer some flexibility
GBPnegotiable pay range depending on experience
Immediate start
Free on–site car parking
3+ temporary cover
