We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team.

The role will partner our Chief Customer Officer, senior leaders and customer experience teams to deliver our customer experience framework, create a high–performance feedback culture and to manage all aspects of our exciting people agenda. Ultimately this role is all about developing an environment that enables our customers and colleagues to thrive!

You will require strong communication, influencing and coaching skills. We are looking for you to be great at building and managing relationships, to be passionate about customer service, results driven and able to work in a fast paced and changing environment. You will be able to bring the outside in, embracing your external network to help develop our ways of working. All of this will need to be coupled with a strategic and commercial focus.

You will:

Play a key role in delivery of the People strategy
Provide line management and leadership support within the HR Business Partner function
Work collaboratively to ensure all elements of the People agenda are well developed, designed, delivered and consistently measured and evaluated
Work with the leadership team to design and deliver the people plan,
Maximise organisational effectiveness and organisational design through proactive, creative people strategies aligned to great practices and structures
Support the development of talent across the organisation, developing great leaders, supported by a robust framework of succession planning and career mapping
Develop, design the overarching strategy of attracting, recruiting and retaining the right people through capability mapping and structured resource planning
Excite and inspire others, bringing the People Strategy to life, building confidence in others and challenging the status quo. Guiding and inspiring managers, leaders and colleagues to thrive in a dynamic, challenging and rewarding environmentYou will need:

Previous experience in a senior HR role
Experience of providing a commercial, insight driven, proactive people service
Experience of leading and managing teams
