Newly created role working alongside the finance systems manager and will work closely with the finance systems team and other members of staff within of finance and IT.
The post holder will work alongside the finance systems manager and will work closely with the finance systems team and members of finance and IT.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the finance team and the firm have sufficient proficiency in finance systems to perform their respective roles. This role will bring combined strength to the systems team in the finance department, helping to maintain a good level of support to the finance department for day to day operations and the training development needs of the wider firm.
Requirements
You'll have similar experience in a law firm and be experienced intraining on a practice management system such as Aderant or 3E,have experience oftraining, coaching, and developing the skills of system users in a variety of environments; and be confidentdelivering group or 1 to 1 training, virtual training delivery experience (e.g. teams/zoom/skype) and creating e-learning content with the training team.
