Build Recruitment are working with a public sector client in the South West to source a Senior Mechanical Project Manager. Up to GBP361 per day (Umbrella) minimum 9 month contract.
Due to a sizeable capital investment, there have been a number of capital projects that have been given the green light to be delivered by March 2022.
Reporting to the Director of Capital Projects, the Senior Project Manager will have responsibility for managing a number of projects ranging in value from GBP200k – GBP1.5m.
Predominantly using JCT forms of contract with some NEC, immediate projects are: Chilled Water, Ventilation, Steam Raining, Fire Replacement.
It is expected that you will have a minimum 5–years qualified experience in Project Management and possessing a mechanically biased qualification aligned with Building Services.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management experience.
