Midlands and North UK based Paint and Body Business Development Manager required.
Purpose
The main purpose of the job role is to support a well known brand in continuing to developing its Body & Paint Programme by working closely with the Approved Bodyshop network partners, ensuring that the programme supports the Bodyshops and Retailers to deliver ongoing customer retention in the form of increased repairs and parts sales and in turn deliver class leading customer experiences via the customer repair journey / FNOL process.
Reporting Lines
The role will be based Nationally in the UK, and report on a day–to–day basis to the Body & Paint Programme Development Manager
Key Objectives/Tasks/Responsibilities
* Contributing to the development and execution of the paint and body programme objectives and strategy.
* Supporting the Approved Bodyshop network with all marketing and social media requirements and activities
* Hosting and facilitating joint Approved Bodyshop and Retailer meetings
* Advising Approved Bodyshops and Retailers of best practice to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Paint and Body Programme.
* Supporting the Approved Bodyshops in achieving full minimum standards compliance
* Ensure that the Approved Bodyshops and their nominating Retailers are supporting the promotion and development of Car Insurance and Accident Assistance
* Able to provide some technical advice to Bodyshops that relate to the repair process and standards.
* Working with Regional Operations Managers within the group
* Is able to prepare reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Support the development on paint sales growth with the support of BASF and Distribution partners
* Ensure that the Approved Bodyshops and their nominating Retailers are supporting the promotion and development of Borderline (Write Off Avoidance)
You must have experience with:
* Bodyshop management / Operations
* Knowledge of best practices in the repair process, systems, procedures, etc
