Head of Legal
CRP Group are happy to present a new role for an Organisation based in West York who are recruiting a Head of Legal you would be expected to to undertake the following:
* Coordination of all legal work for the Trust including: Governing documentation, Terms of Reference, Insurances, Charity Commission and Companies House documentation
* Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and ensuring that The Disabilities Trust is compliant with applicable laws/regulations
* Responsibility for Contracts management
* Liaise with external counsel on legal/complaints actions and other legal issues as required and review their performance annually.
* Responsibility for contracts management including implementation of a robust process, maintaining the contracts register, negotiation of new contracts and renewals, and review of Service User and Supplier contracts/agreements
Salary GBP60000 – GBP65000
