We are looking for someone who has plenty of experience of direct sourcing candidates into a range of corporate functions. As well as sourcing activities, you must be able to support hiring managers in an end–to–end self–service recruitment model. You must be approachable and personable and able to offer coaching and training to enable hiring managers to carry out their own recruitment activities. Other duties include:
Advising hiring managers on job adverts, job descriptions, salary benchmarking and interview questions
Being the point of contact for all ATS enquiries, queries and training needs
Maintain the ATS system to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Ensure a positive candidate recruitment experience by coaching hiring managers on best practice
The Person
We are looking for someone with excellent direct sourcing skills, but this is not a pure recruiter role. You need to be able to support line managers, carry out some daily admin and reporting tasks and work as part of a Resourcing team committed to offering the best possible service to our business.
We are interested to hear from a range of applicants. You must have at least 2 years' experience in an in–house resourcing role but if you are more experienced and are interested to hear more, please apply.
We offer a flexible, home–based working model. Our Head Office is in Nuneaton, but you will not be required to be office–based
