Junior Corporate Counsel

LAW Absolute are working with an international network of higher-education institutions. Our client is looking for a junior corporate lawyer to join their team to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be an experienced associate with a broad range of corporate legal matters including M&A, corporate restructuring, private equity, capital markets and joint ventures. You will report to the Group General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have good training from a City firm or international firm.

Your work will include ensuring that all agreements are commercially and legally sound and in line with head office requirements as well as managing a paralegal.
