This New Zealand founded, and headquartered organisation has been growing steadily and did not skip a beat during COVID. Providing b2b services via a SaaS channel to a global commercial and federal client base the business is profitable, scaling and backed by a successful PE investor.

The organisation has a solid and highly capable finance function, creating capacity for you to drive insights, add commercial value and focus on strategic initiatives. The key focus are activities to underpin and drive global growth. You will be the bridge between operations and the Executive, tying the financial KPIs to operational KPIs and partnering closely with Sales, Product and Operations as the organisation continues to scale across Europe, US and APAC. Working across the executive team and supporting the CEO and Board, there is scope for the role to broaden more operationally over time.

You are an experienced CFO with a focus on driving commercial and strategic value. Whilst you are across the numbers it is in the provision of commercial insight, strategic influencing and business partnering that you will measure your success. Ideally you have experience in a growth focused technology or services business and an appreciation of global & international markets. This is an entrepreneurial, positive and progressive business culture combined with sophisticated PE backers – all in a global growth setting – very rare in the NZ market. You will receive a market leading package as well as a generous equity allocation which you can realise on exit.
