Are you an experienced Head of Infrastructure with a demonstrable experience delivering transformation programmes? Have you lead and matured operational infrastructure and project team? Are you an influencer and believer in high performing teams; able to bring teams together whilst developing individual members? If yes, Harvey Nash has an exciting opportunity for you as an Head of Infrastructure, based in Sheffield.

We're excited to be kicking off the search to secure a Head of Infrastructure for a Sheffield based organisation. Following a GBP90m investment, this person will be leading a massive infrastructure transformation programme, aimed at enhancing network connectivity, cloud hosting and on-premise environments, and driving the service first culture.

We are looking for someone with experience of delivering large scale improvement programmes, along with running operational infrastructure and projects teams. The ideal candidate will be an experienced coach and mentor, able to create strong leaders beneath and mature teams

To be considered for this role:

• Be able to take full ownership of a technology tower and the responsibility for the budget
• Demonstrable experience delivering large scale transformational programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, as this role requires you to liaise with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
• A technical background and knowledge in infrastructure technology, including but not limited to Servers, networks, cloud hosting, devops
• Previous experience influencing and managing high performing teams of technical specialists, driving best practise, and improving overall performance of the team through coaching and mentoring.
• Be able to effectively manage and develop key relationships with third party suppliers and service providers, making sure agreed SLAs are met.
• Have strong experience delivering services that are focused on customer experience and business outcomes
