My client are one of the South–West's leading creative agencies, boasting an impressive portfolio of both B2B and B2C clients across a variety of sectors. Due to continued growth of an existing client, a position has opened for an experienced Account Director to join the team. This position is urgently needed so someone who can interview ASAP would be ideal. You will need to have agency experience and be able to evidence the capability to manage several projects confidently.
Day to day you will report into a Client Partner and ensure the account is ran to the highest standard, demonstrating a clear alignment with the agency's mindset and articulating this to all of those in your team. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with senior client contacts as well as being a strong leader within your team. You will need to demonstrate at least 5 years of agency experience and have a proven track record of creating successful teams.
In return you'll be offered a competitive salary dependant on experience, an extensive benefits package and a great flexible working model (when back in office.) There is also possibility for a 4 day working week, though 5 days would be preferable.
