Programme Manager - Service Delivery - Inside IR35

We are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager with Service Delivery experience to join a Large Insurance Organisation on a 4 month contract working remotely.

The role with cover multiple areas across Service Delivery (Infrastructure, end user services and managed services governance). You will support various initiatives including support of integration planning, and management of initiatives to be actioned by a Manged Service Provider. A Successful candidate would also require a strong ability to develop plans and strategic material for leadership consumption as required for the integration and divestiture support.

Experience:

• Cross service delivery experience
• Proven record of producing excellent program materials to guide delivery and influence successful outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to executive level
• Experience of working with a managed services provider and across a multi-country contract
• Adept at managing financial aspects of program and service delivery
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Able to intelligently interpret ambiguity and develop sound response or/and actions
• Managing risks and issues effectively to satisfactory conclusion
• Able to manage multi-disciplinary resources across a global landscape
