Our client, a UK wide Not-for-profit, have an upcoming requirement for a permanent Associate Director of IT. This role is key in leading the IT provision for the organisation and developing and implementing an approach that enables the design, development, and delivery of excellent services to customers.

Accountabilities for the Associate Director of IT

• Develop and implement IT strategy for day-to-day technology
• Lead high quality service for staff and respond to day-to-day issue
• Lead, develop, motivate the IT function, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders to delivery projects and programmes effectively
• Lead the transformation of CRM, Operations, HR, Finance, Health and Safety and Intranet systems
• Provide an effective approach to devices, business applications, infrastructure, security, and business continuity that underpins effective IT provision and a high-quality user experience

Experience required for the Associate Director of IT

• Track record of leading an IT function, developing, and delivering an effective IT strategy and significant change
• Both strategic and operational experience across full IT portfolio
• Extensive experience in leading teams through change and implementing innovative solutions to long standing issues and problems, and delivering results
• Leading significant information systems transformation, business change and accountability for the quality, coordination and implementation of the agreed deliverables to time, cost and quality standards
• Proven project management experience
