The Commercial Property Solicitor's responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of sales and acquisitions, investment and owner-occupied commercial property, portfolio management, company sales and purchases and more
- Act for clients in the corporate/office, medical, finance and leisure sector on high value and complex transactions
- Maintain the high service level the firm currently offers these clients
- 1-6 years' PQE
- Experience in the above maters
- Interest in business development and marketing
- Strong academic record
- Experience from a London or leading regional firm
