Employment Solicitor - This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established and boutique Holborn based firm that focus on private companies, directors and investors. This modern yet traditional commercial firm with an outstanding reputation has asked us to find them a further Employment Solicitor to join them.
About the Role They are interested in seeing the CV's of candidates with good knowledge on - Contracts and policies - Due diligence reporting and broader transactional support - Redundancy/reorganisation/TUPE transfers - Covenants - Employment status and holiday pay Initially the majority of the work will be dealing with non-contentious employment matters and building a profile.
Candidate Requirements You should feel confident and be able to hit the ground running with minimal support. You will need to have c.2+ years relevant PQE, proven track record and a commercially astute manner. Experience gained at a City or similar West End practice would be desirable however not essential.
