We are looking for a Sales Director who will be tasked with selling the entire company portfolio. The Sales Director will be directing the new business sales team to ensure the success of sales whilst providing leadership to maximise profit and growth. The Sales Director will need to establish clear strategies to expand the customer base. The Sales Director will also contribute to the training of the sales teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Owning of several key sales processes such as forecast management and territory/customer–prospect module management.
* To develop and execute various sales plans such as sector strategies, hiring plans, compensations plans, etc.
* Develop and maintain detailed financial forecasts as well as account plans.
* Formulating innovative and new target account strategies to help the growth of the business.
* Demonstrate the main company values, encourage different points of view, and communicate context for business decisions.
Requirements:
* 8 years of relevant experience working in a similar role.
* Willingness to travel.
* Contract negotiation and new business skills.
* A track record of new business/new logo success.
* Proven experience of selling service–oriented solutions
