Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Responsible for:
A client facing role, requiring somebody from a strong construction and marketting background, able to convey the business units expertise and specialist services in the market.
Reporting back on detailed BD work and the progress to Directors.
Arranging meetings and presentiong to potentiol clients/end users.
Preparing and collating intel on competitor companies so as to build a clear picture of market share in the region.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will posess a marketing or sales qualification with a demonstrable track record and staedy career history in a previously similar role.
*Extremely strong communication skills (verbal and written).
*A strong history in networking, identifying events to attend, opportunities and possess exceptional organisation skills.
*A professional and confident persona, bringing confidence to would be/potentiol clients.
*A genuine passion for construction and the associated specialisms.
