This is a role for Assistant Director – Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services (Gr 12) for London Borough of Sutton:
Client Location : SM1 1EA
Hours Per Week : 36.00
Start Date : 05/07/2021
End Date : 30/09/2021
Start Time : 09.00
End Time : 17:00
Pay Rate : GBP700 – GBP800 LTD depending on experience
Main Responsibilities of the role
??? Provide strategic leadership to the service area, fostering its key role in enabling the respective councils to achieves their strategic outcomes
??? Working with the Chief Executives and Directors to develop and deliver community outcomes
Qualifications
??? Educated to degree level or equivalent
??? Management qualification or relevant management experience
Knowledge & Experience
??? Proven leadership experience in a large, multi–disciplinary environment, preferably within the public sector
??? Proven experience in change leadership and transformation, including delivery of business process reengineering, in diverse and politically sensitive environments
??? Experience of leading and delivering large and complex front–line operational services
