We are recruiting an interim Finance Director for a fast growing services business based in Greater London starting asap for 6-9 months.
Our client is looking for an experienced hands-on FD with a background in transformation and organisational change. The role will undertake a project working with the existing Senior management team to develop an in-house finance function, moving from an outsourced provider and developing an system of MI to assist the business in achieving an aggressive an exciting growth plan.
Candidates must be qualified with a minimum of 2 previous similar roles. You must have solid systems skills and have worked within a small owner-managed business helping to make the business scalable. Experience of working with Private Equity houses is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial to the role to support the required change.
