Your future duties and responsibilities – Successful Business Analysts will have a solid technical understanding. Required qualifications to be successful in this role – Experience of Agile software development (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc). – Ability to manage stakeholders and ensure clear client requirements are drawn–out, prioritised and clearly defined/understood by the client and development team.– Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to facilitate and lead workshops to ensure a robust understanding of business needs and priorities within the project. – Be Pro–active (can–do attitude), applying standards and best practice, taking pride in all aspects of their work.
