We are recruiting for a new Director!
Samphire is recruiting for a dynamic and committed Director to lead the organisation in achieving its strategic plan over the next few years. Samphire delivers a range of services and activities to people who have experienced immigration detention, asylum seekers and migrants, and works to raise awareness of the facts and issues surrounding migration, and to foster more inclusive attitudes among local communities and young people in particular.
We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have lived experience of migration and/or if you have experience within the sector.

The position is part time (0.6FTE) and will be based at our office in Dover. Salary range is NJC Pt 30–33: £33,782 – £36,922 (pro rata).
