Our client is an established healthcare communications agency seeking a Scientific Director to join their offices in Cheshire.
Our client is a specialist in comprehensive and innovative medical communication solutions to the wider healthcare industry.
The Scientific Director will have proven commercial and scientific experience within a medical communications agency and will be expected to lead a scientific project team, enabling the delivery of accurate, clear and creative solutions in accordance to client requirements. You will also be tasked with engaging and developing relations with clients and taking responsibility for the delivery of large accounts.

Responsibilities:
Leading teams in the delivery of multiple projects and accounts and ensuring work is in line with client brief and priorities
Application of pharmaceutical industry knowledge and medical affairs knowledge to address client needs
Building and growing influential business relationships with clients
Strong financial acumen to dictate and deliver on financial account management
Proven scientific project leadership capabilities in a medical communications company
Extensive experience in developing, mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
Knowledge of a variety of therapy areas to help deliver accounts efficiently and effectivelyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Life Science degree
Leadership
Client focus
Strategic thinking
Fantastic communication skills
Meticulous
