Head of Quality – Police Vehicle Maintenance
London – Rainham or Park Royal
Up to GBP65,000 + Package
Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Quality to join a business managing the maintenance and upkeep of the metropolitan police's vehicle fleet. This post will provide a framework for quality, to dirv consistency in standards across multiple workshops.
The Job.
Reporting to the Contract Director, you will be responsible for,,,
Managing a team of four staff.
The production and maintenance of a quality strategy for the fleet contract.
Defining business processes and plans for quality and associated quality targets.
Defining and implementing a contract wide quality management system.
Flagging quality management issues within the contract.
Responding to and being responsible for customer complaints linked with technical and quality output.
The Candidate
Candidates will have the following skills and experience.
Experience of working with critical services to drive a quality strategy.
Experience of customer engagement on quality issues and activities.
Knowledge of the automotive sector would be an advantage.
Comprehensive regulatory understanding.
Managing costs in line with budgets.
