Interim Finance Director

Hawkmont Consulting areworking closely with a Manchester based Private Equity firm, as they look to recruit a newly created Interim Finance Director for a period of 9 Months. This key role willsit between the PE firm and the portfolio companiesprovidinggreater commercial insight.

As theInterim Finance Director,you will be heavily involved with the portfolio of businesses, challenging the numbers reportedmonthly, pulling these together and providing commentary around performance. You willproduce and deliver amonthly board pack for the groupwhich will aggregate all the group businesses performances.You will be heavily involved in management accounts production as well as cashflow management and the audit process. You will also be supporting the investment directors on other portfolio related projects on an ad hoc basis.

I'm looking for someone who is:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Commercially minded
• Exposure to consolidating accounts across a group of businesses.
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong communicator and influencer
• Dynamic and fast paced
