Weduc is expanding rapidly and we are seeking to recruit a senior person to spearhead the next phase of growth.
Our goal at Weduc is to become the leading brand for educational communications technologies, connecting and transacting matters between parents, teachers, pupils and all stakeholders in the education environment.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to spearhead the growth of the business and help us bring the latest communication technology into the education market, rapidly scaling our sales and marketing engine, both in the UK and international markets.
We require a proven leadership record of scaling a business in the EdTech market, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to think and operate strategically whilst steering sales, marketing and driving customer–centricity.
The role will be reporting to the Managing Director and Board.
Responsibilities:
Delivery, ownership and reporting of Sales and Marketing targets set by the Board, via key performance indicators.
Drive marketing to develop new strategies to elevate the Company's visibility and reputation.
Drive the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns and sales materials.
Help identify new growth opportunities for new services, new markets and new products
Lead the tendering and re–negotiation process for major contracts.
Proactively engage with key stakeholders to define, scope, and then manage key sales and marketing projects.
Build and develop business relationships internal and externally
Help maintain company standards including, but not limited to, customer centricity.
Requirements:
Dynamic, energetic attitude with proven sales and marketing success in scaling an EdTech business.
An in–depth understanding of the education industry, particularly schools and school management and operations.
Strong executive level verbal & written communication skills
Good time management with the ability to multi–task efficiently
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
Experience with CRM management, Digital Marketing systems, MIS platforms, Social Media and ideally Parent Communication technology
Ability to drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
