Project Director

I am looking for an extremely talented Projects Director that would like to bring his/her skills into a company that is passionate and enthusiastic about the work they produce running a team from start to finish.
The company continues to grow and work within various design leading projects, from historic buildings through to carbon neutral offices and many more.

Requirements

Must be very technically competent with your work
Need to be able to demonstrate previous structual building design projects
Have got to be very hands on and not delegate work to other departments
Must be able to run jobs, lead and manage teams
Be lead design from early stage through to final delivery on site
Preferably worked your way up through the ranks from an engineer
Experience within structures would be beneficial
Must be extremely passionate and enthusiastic with work projects
Must have a real drive for carbon efficiency, material and quality design
Have experience on projects from small offices through to existing buildings
Possess the technical skills to come into the business and really develop and expand your team
