Are you an experienced Head of HR with previous experience overseeing a small HR team but still getting hands on with the day to day running?
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company with offices spanning throughout the world. This Head of HR role will initially be based remotely but you will be expected to work from the office once the office reopens.
With 3 direct reports you will oversee the whole HR function of a company and be part of the senior leadership team. You will be commercially minded, proactive and be able to represent the HR department in management meetings. You need to be a go getter and genuinely want the best for the company and its employees.
Duties include (not exhaustive):
Oversee and develop the current HR Strategy
To oversee the HR team and manage the performance of each member of the team
To sculpt the culture of the business and ensure that senior management have access to the right tools to ensure their teams are performing at the highest level
Resource Management – Work with the team to ensure that current resource levels are adequate and be able to plan for future demands.
Bring in feasible ideas to support the HR function and ensure the company is always one step ahead of competitors
Implement performance management strategies and ensure the delivery of continuous improvement
To act as a HR Representative for the business and always make commercially viable decisions
To motivate and coach the HR team and make the business aware of the current HR team
Work with Operations Managers to ensure cost efficiency and training programsTo be considered for this role you will be/have:
CIPD qualification at Level 5 or above
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Extensive and proven HR Management experience
A meticulous attention to detail
Exposure to TUPE would be desirable
An exceptional grasp of the English language with the ability to write well
Have the ability to build strong commercial relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, draw relevant conclusions and present findings in a clear way
Initiative and commercial acumen
Drive and ambition
