Head of Property Services
Location: Derby and Derbyshire – Head office Derby.
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
YMCA Derbyshire is a dynamic charity which provides a safe front door for young people and homeless adults, alongside supportive learning environments for young learners.
We are looking to enhance our senior leadership team with someone who can bring innovative ideas to assist in the implementation of our 2 business plan. Someone who can not only bring ideas to the table but fulfil them with the support of the team.
This is a new post at a very exciting time for the YMCA with significant growth in its property portfolio expected over the next 5 years through a combination of new leased properties and capital builds. The purpose of the post is to provide leadership for property services in general and asset management and stock condition in particular.
As the head of Property Services you will bring a wealth of knowledge in Property Services and leadership including:
Experience in managing all aspects of a significant property portfolio including maintenance, housekeeping, and utilities
Experience of leading in the area of health and safety
Experience of financial or budgetary management.
