Our client has a superb reputation for its commercial work, representing an impressive range of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients, public sector organisations, educational institutions and industry bodies, on high-profile, business-critical transactions and regulatory matters. This reputation led to the firm being extremely busy during the downturn, which continues.
You are likely to have a solid background in commercial work, having trained and worked at a recognised regional or City firm. You will be dealing with a full range of commercial work from negotiating large outsourcing deals to drafting smaller supply contracts, and everything in between, for a wide range of sectors including retail, manufacturing, aerospace and defence, public sector and financial institutions. With a particular focus on the science, technology and innovation sectors.
You will be working closely with partners and the role will enable you to develop client relationships and get involved in business development whilst carrying out exceptional quality work.
