PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR - OXFORD
QED Legal are recruiting a Legal 500 commercial law firm with a reputation which spreads nationally who are looking for an additional lawyer for their thriving and expanding property litigation team,
This role would give you exposure to a range of property litigation work including possession, Commercial Landlord & Tenant, boundary disputes, dilapidations and co-ownership claims. The team are well ranked in the Legal 500 with a top rate reputation in this area and within clients including companies, investors, individuals and developers.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of running your own caseload of property litigation matters but the firm is flexible in terms of the PQE of the candidate so there are opportunities for junior and more senior level lawyers within the team.
