The Role/Candidate:
We are looking for a customer focused, creative, well organised, self–motivated, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to cover the Wellingborough area due to a thriving area post–pandemic.
We are looking for someone with a technical or commercial background, to manage the service and installation engineers, with a minimum of 2 years proven track record in sales to maintain acceptable profit to the region and business.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Contacting end–user customers to build up professional relationships.
* Develop, implement, and oversee sales for the region.
* Prospecting/cold calling to grow the sales pipeline within the defined territory.
* Working to set targets and KPI's.
* Manage engineers within your region.
* Supporting other Sales representatives to maximize opportunity within their territory.
* Growing the service unit base within the defined territory
* Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
* Working closely with the sales desk to maximize opportunity with products, repairs, service & parts.
* Visiting customer sites to ensure the correct preparations for installations.
* Achieve sales and profitability targets for the region.
* Providing accurate monthly sales forecasting information
* Increase overall productivity of the branch by eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.

Salary: Dependent upon skills and experience,
Hours Of Work: Basic 40–hour week, 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
