Accountable Recruitment have the pleasure of exclusively supporting our rapidly expanding client with the recruitment of an experienced Group Financial Controller to join their team.
Our high-growth, entrepreneurial client are looking for an ambitious and experienced Group FC to join their growing finance team. Reporting directly into an impressive and experienced CFO you will play a key role in leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the finance team across the group.
You will be joining this growing business during a particularly busy period of growth across both their UK and International divisions. Previous experience managing a group finance team with overseas entity reporting is desirable.
In this role you will lead, coach and manage a team of aspiring and highly motivated accountants (both part and full-qualified) You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance team including financial and management reporting, cashflow management, tax and running the audit process. You will have strong balance sheet experience including day-to-day management of the banking relationship. Good technical knowledge UK GAAP / IFRS.
Ideally you will have a strong technical background, ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified with prior audit experience is desirable. You will be highly motivated and keen to secure a role working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growing organisation.
