Can you demonstrate a track record of generating sales leads?
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity seeking a Business Development Manager to maximise occupancy levels at their care homes.
Your main responsibilities will be to attract new resident enquiries, build a rapport, follow leads, research and identify referrals for prospective residents from the health care sector, community groups and other relevant stakeholders.
Other duties will include:
Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy and incentives for accommodation and services.
Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications and their Care management team to design and implement an outstanding customer journey for prospective residents and their families from the initial touchpoint to a resident’s first day
Responsible for all sales activities to maximise occupancy at their Care – retirement living for nursing, residential and respite care, as well as sheltered living.
Deliver a successful move–in experience for their new residents by building trust and positive relationships, understanding prospect’s needs and concerns, overcoming and answering objections.
To be successful in this role you must:
Degree level qualification or equivalent in marketing and/or business–related degree
Experience of working in a similar role in sales and marketing
Experience of generating sales leads and building stakeholder relationships
Experience of delivering first class customer service
Strong commercial experience
Experience of working in a similar role in sales and marketing the health and social care sector would be highly beneficial
You will use your first class customer service skills to design and implement an outstanding customer journey for prospective residents and their families from the initial touchpoint to a resident’s first day.
The role also entails developing and implementing a competitive pricing strategy and incentives for accommodation and services.
