Leaders in Community (LiC) is a youth–led charity run by a group of active local young people from Tower Hamlets. The Charity was set up in 2009 by a group of young adults who wanted to improve their local services.  They offer a variety of creative learning programmes aimed to empower young people in leadership and governance. The programmes run throughout the year and are free for all who attend.

Our next CEO will be a highly motivated individual.  Reporting directly to LiC’s Board members, the post holder will be responsible for providing strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

The role would suit a pragmatic manager and an inspiring leader who is innovative, youth focused and willing to lead by example. Together with a collaborative nature who will be able to work closely with the Board members to expand the charity’s impact, and funding sources.
