The work is predominantly Commercial drafting, reviewing and negotiating a diverse range of contracts.
Supporting GDPR work and advice
Contributes to the development of new local policies
Manages and instructs external solicitors
Profile
These roles are a great in house opportunities for an NQ to 3 years for the more junior role and for the other role a mid level solicitor. If you have a Commercial, Corporate, Construction or Litigation background from private practice or in house you should apply for one of these roles. For the junior role if you have undertaken a training seat in Commercial or Corporate then this role might be suitable for you.
Job Offer
The salary for these two roles is commensurate with market rate. There is flexibility in working from the office and from home. These are rare in house legal roles where the client will consider solicitors from a wide range of legal backgrounds to include, Commercial , Corporate, Construction or Litigation.
