An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor/Associate to join their busy corporate team based in the Midlands. This role would ideally suit a corporate solicitor with between 2-5 PQE and will be capable of working alongside their diverse corporate partners on a broad range of matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and equity capital markets transactions

Due to the nature of the work candidates who have upwards of 2 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and experience to undertake this role.

On offer is a salary of £45,000 to £60,000 (DOE) and the ability to work from home 2 days a week.
