Our Customer Success Team is at the heart of our business ensuring we deliver a seamless service to all of the global businesses we work with, managing their Software Assets.

The new Customer Success Director role will play a key part in the team and be responsible for pro–actively managing the delivery of service, working closely with the customer through their entire journey, from on–boarding through to renewals – ensuring best business outcomes and offering high value for the customer.

Your primary role is to ensure that Livingstone Customers achieve their desired outcomes and renew their managed service contracts and where appropriate identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue.

As a Customer Success Director, you will be commercially savvy, and manage the delivery of Livingstone services for the customer, whilst ensuring adoption, expansion and renewals.

Your role and responsibilities will be supporting our Head of Customer Success to manage focussed engagement with our customers, building longstanding relationships, delivering your best at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of contractually agreed deliverables, working with the wider service delivery and consulting team to achieve this.
Manage overall customer account profitability, notifying internal stakeholders of key cost implications and any changes to budget.
Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings, calls and adding further value by providing credible advice about Livingstone services and products.
Identifying opportunities and managing a pipeline of upsell solutions, collaborating with Sales and Internal Teams where necessary to develop and win those opportunities.
Act as a key contact for the customer, you will form strong relationships building trust and transparency, and develop communication channels within the customer organisation.
Build a detailed view of the risks within your customer portfolio and implement recovery plans to mitigate those risks to renew contracts well in advance of the contract end date.
Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within your customers to develop an understanding of the customers business and operational objectives.
Ensure Livingstone customer systems are kept up to date with accurate and current information.Benefits

Essential Skills

Proven success in a customer facing role with demonstrable ability to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction measured by customer renewals and referenceable customers.
Experience of successfully onboarding customers to achieve desired outcome of agreed deliverables.
At ease in a fast– paced environment, working across multiple customers and projects at any one time.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build valuable, long term internal and external relationships.
Strong preparation, time–management, and organisational skills.
Confident Presenter who can use data to tell a compelling story and influence decision makers.
Commercially focused and value driven.
Experience at orchestrating meetings that include multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
Knowledge of IT Asset Management, and specifically Software Asset Management is advantageous.About Company
