Position: Sales & Business Development Manager (Structural Steel Fabrication)
Location: West Midlands (but can be flexible – WFH is possible)
Package: GBP35k–GBP60k + bonus + car/car allowance
Are you experienced in Structural Steel Fabrication Sales?
You have the opportunity to join a modern steelwork fabricator based in the West Midlands. This business is looking to add an experienced, self motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to it's growing team.
This is a brand new role and this person will take responsibility for all new sales for the business, including developing relationships with new clients and managing enquires from existing customers.
The role will also include:
* Estimating
* Surveying supply and install quotations for all new enquiries.
* Sales will range from standard portal frames to detail fa??ade retentions and architectural metal
The ideal candidate will be:
* Experienced in estimating and/or quantity surveying
* Experienced in customer relationship management and sales
* Charismatic, polite, motivated and self driven
The company hope this role will expand into development a full sales team and are looking to hire this person to develop into recruiting and managing this team.
Working hours are 9am–5pm Monday to Friday however the company are happy to offer flexible working hours and home working.
Salary is negotiable on experience and will include bonus/commission structure
